We have a size chart here for the Refugio model with all of the XY measurements to help you find the perfect fit.

We'd love to customize a bike to fit your needs. To do so, we ask that you submit a professional fit document along with your order. You will find the link to submit that under the 'Size' dropdown in the configurator. Once we receive it, we will review it and get back to you with a custom draft. If you are unsure if you need a custom size, please feel free to reach out and ask.

We like to think that we offer the best colors available already, on the configurator. If you have a color you would like to explore, let us know. We do charge extra for color exploration. Charges vary depending on the color request. Feel free to reach out to us to get the conversation started.

Right now, we recommend taking a screenshot of your design! Throw it in a folder, print it out, pin it to a wall, think on it, send it in! 

We are working on getting our store populated with real life paint swatches for you to purchase. We have done our best to represent these colors digitally. Please make sure to turn the brightness on your device all the way up for the best color reference.
