All equipment is subject to a 20% restocking fee on returned items. All items must be returned with original packaging and in brand new condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

All Bikes are non-refundable but can be exchanged at the discretion of Stinner Bicycle Co.

Deposits put down towards a Custom Series frameset or complete are non-refundable.
